What we deliver under a custodial PWS
Every line below scopes to a Performance Work Statement — frequencies, staffing, and consumables tuned to your facility's schedule, not a fixed package.
Recurring custodial services
Daily/nightly cleaning of common areas, corridors, restrooms, break rooms, and offices. Trash and recycling collection, surface disinfection, dusting, and entry-point detailing at a frequency set by the PWS.
Periodic & non-recurring deep cleaning
Detail cleaning outside the recurring schedule — the non-recurring work most PWS documents call out separately from daily service. Baseboards, vents, grout, appliance exteriors, and areas routine service doesn't reach.
Turnover & transition cleaning
Full cleans for unit turnover or space reassignment — barracks, office, or clinic space handed back inspection-ready, cabinets and appliance interiors included.
Facility-wide custodial coverage
Standing coverage for administrative buildings, clinics, and common areas, scheduled around base or agency operating hours rather than a fixed shift.
Waste receptacle sanitation
Pressure-rinse and deodorizing service for trash and recycling receptacles in place — curbside or on-site, on a recurring route or as a standalone task order.
Exterior & hardscape maintenance
Pressure washing of sidewalks, entryways, and exterior walls to lift mold, mildew, and buildup without harming adjacent landscaping.
Cleaning products and methods can be aligned to Green Seal or EPA Safer Choice criteria where a PWS specifies environmentally preferable chemistry — confirm requirements per solicitation.
