Privacy & Data Protection
Purified Image collects the information you give us directly — name, email, phone number, service address, and details about the cleaning you're requesting — through our booking, consultation, and contact forms. We use it only to schedule and deliver your service, communicate with you about appointments, and improve how we run our routes. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Information you share with us is protected with encryption in transit and at rest, and access is limited to the people who need it to run your service. Payment card details are never stored on our own servers — they're handled directly by our payment processors (currently Square, with support for others planned), which maintain their own bank-level security and PCI compliance standards.
We keep your information only as long as we need it to serve you and meet our recordkeeping obligations, and we delete it on request where we're not required to retain it for legal or accounting reasons.

A Note on Texas Law
As a small business, Purified Image generally falls outside the scope of the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act's broader requirements, which primarily apply to larger data processors. We follow the practices on this page as our own standard, regardless of exemption, because it's the right way to handle information people trust us with.
Booking & Payment Policy
A free consultation carries no cost and no obligation to book. Booking an actual cleaning is different: a 10% booking fee is charged at the time you book to confirm your appointment, and the remaining balance is due once the cleaning is complete. This applies across all services and payment methods.

If we change how we collect, use, or protect your information, we'll update this page and adjust the date above.
